Management Analyst (Journeyman) OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that supports Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. Responsibilities and Duties OCT currently has an opening for a Management Analyst to work with our federal client. This position is contingent upon contract award . Day to day responsibilities include: Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Lead facilitation sessions to gather requirements. Manage program documentation. Support performance management by developing and tracking key metrics. Develop and recommend business transition and change management tactics to facilitate organizational change, while ensuring strategic objectives are met. This includes identifying potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies, engaging stakeholders, and aligning transition activities with the organization’s goals and priorities.
