Join Milpark Education's School of Commerce Milpark Education is expanding its network of subject matter experts to support the development and quality assurance of teaching and learning material across a range of Management modules. We are seeking experienced legal academics and practitioners to contribute as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators and Critical Readers on a contract basis. Successful candidates will collaborate with our curriculum and instructional design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences. Application close date: 21 August 2026 Minimum Requirements • Minimum of a Master's degree in Business Management, Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a closely related field • Proven industry experience in strategic management, organisational leadership, entrepreneurship, business consulting, organisational development, innovation management, or executive leadership • Experience in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning environments • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex management concepts into accessible learning material • Ability to work collaboratively with an instructional designer and academic team, and meet structured development timelines • Available for contract-based work (remote) We are currently recruiting for the following module areas: • Strategic Management • Entrepreneurship and Innovation • Contemporary Leadership and Communication • Human Behaviour in Digital Business • Applied Business Capstone • Strategy and Foresight • Leadership and Organisational Dynamics
