WE ARE HIRINGMaintenance WorkerTyche Limited is looking for a professional maintenance worker and handyman to join our team and be able to perform to our tented camps in Serengeti and Ngorongoro with integrity and attention to detail. The selected candidate will have to work on both our tended camps, moving from one to another when required (transport is provided). The candidate will have to deal with different tasks and ensure the best quality is delivered. We are looking for someone who has the knowledge, experience, and character to thrive in this role, who can keep all equipment in good repair and provide day-to-day maintenance of the lodges. Requirements- Proven experience as a maintenance worker.- Prioritization and time management skills.- Working quickly without compromising quality.- Knowledge of English language.- Ability to work with little or non-supervision while meeting the highest performance standards.- Be ready to work in a challenging environment as it is the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Abilities: - Experience with welding.- Inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the boiling systems and solar panels.- Plumbing.- Electricity and lighting.- Repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, fridges, and freezers.- Tent reparations.- Notion of carpentry Skills:- Organization, responsibility and attention to detail and problem solving.- Teamwork, open and sincere communication, collaboration with other staff, active listening.
