Job Description: Location: Willett Manor – South River, New Jersey- 74 units Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician Schedule: 40 hours per week | Alternating weeks emergency on-call Pay: $25/hour Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of South River, NJ Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician ensures senior housing facilities remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, facility upkeep, and supervising junior staff, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
