You’re   Role in the Blueprint: The Multifamily Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and overall upkeep of a multifamily residential community. This individual plays a critical role in  maintaining  a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents while supporting turnover readiness, preventative maintenance, and general property operations. This position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-service mindset. What   You’ll   Build: General Maintenance & Repairs • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and  common areas , including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, doors, locks, windows, and fixtures Unit Turnovers • Prepare units for new residents through repairs, painting, and inspections to ensure all apartments meet company standards before move-in;  identify  and report larger capital repair needs Preventative Maintenance • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, inspect building systems and equipment regularly, and  maintain   accurate  maintenance logs and work orders Grounds & Common Areas • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of  common areas , hallways, and amenities;  assist  with landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, and exterior upkeep;  monitor  property for safety hazards Vendor & Team Coordination • Coordinate with property management and outside vendors, escort vendors, ensure quality of contracted work, and communicate repair status and timelines to management Safety & Compliance • Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and fair housing regulations; respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call rotation; ensure proper use and storage of tools and equipment The Full Package: • Health insurance options (medical, dental, vision) • 401k Retirement plan with company match • Paid Holidays and PTO • Paid training and professional growth potential Y our Foundation : • 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or commercial settings • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs with the ability to troubleshoot independently • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to  lift up  to 75  lbs  and perform physical tasks regularly More Than a Job: Our mission is simple: create spaces that inspire connection and strengthen communities for generations to come.
