The role Schedule • Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM • Schedule: 12-hour rotating, two-week cycle Position Summary Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance. Supports equipment modifications, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a safety-sensitive manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime • Install, move, and modify equipment while ensuring proper mechanical and electrical setup • Inspect equipment and document repairs or maintenance needs • Support production teams and assist with machine-related issues • Maintain maintenance logs and manage inventory of parts and supplies • Provide training to team members as needed • Follow all GMP, food safety, and safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout) Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and production equipment • Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure • Experience operating lifts (e.g., scissor lift) preferred Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete floors for extended periods • Frequent climbing and working at heights • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and use hand tools regularly Work Environment • Manufacturing setting with industrial noise and moving equipment • Temperature-controlled facility (approx. 65°F–85°F) • Exposure to plastic materials and forklift traffic Additional Requirements • Willingness to complete safety training (forklift, LOTO, arc flash, etc.) • Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork • Positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality If you have the above experience and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference, apply today to find out more!
