Job Description: Maintenance Technician – Part Time Messiah Community | Urbana, OH National Church Residences is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician for our 36-unit senior apartment community in Urbana, Ohio. Schedule: 20 hours/week | 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM What You'll Do • Complete apartment unit turns and maintenance work orders. • Perform repairs involving PTAC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance . • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly. • Maintain apartments, common areas, and building systems. • Complete all work orders using an iPad , so strong technology skills are required. • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents. What We're Looking For • 1–2 years of residential/apartment maintenance experience required. • PTAC/HVAC experience strongly preferred. • Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. • Unit-turn experience preferred. • Comfortable using an iPad and electronic work order system. • Valid driver's license required. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
