What You'll Do:
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment operating efficiently
• Complete repairs to apartments, common areas, and property amenities
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Work independently while delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed during unit turns.
• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and confined spaces.
