In this hands-on role, you'll keep our properties running smoothly by completing maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and making repairs that help create a safe, comfortable home for our residents. Requirements Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field. • Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver’s license. Working Conditions: • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed during unit turns. • Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods. • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and confined spaces.
