We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support wellness clinics / residential and commercial properties in and around Jacksonville, Florida. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and well cared for, including: General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, fixtures) Routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly Coordinating with external vendors when specialized work is required Supporting multiple clinic locations and commercial properties Maintaining clear maintenance records and communicating updates as needed Ensuring facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards Requirements This Role Is a Strong Fit If You… Have hands-on maintenance experience (commercial or healthcare environments preferred) Are dependable, organized, and take ownership of your work Can work independently and manage your time well Are comfortable traveling between locations Communicate clearly and professionally Take pride in quality workmanship Ability to commute: Jacksonville, FL: Reliably commute Experience: Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Benefits Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off
