31.07.2026 Are you skilled in performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures? The Cicor Solon, OH site is currently seeking someone to join our team assist with maintenance projects in the building and to do minor repairs on mechanical and other company owned equipment. Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoots equipment issues to determine air, hydraulic, electronic, and mechanical solutions. • Performs needed repairs or maintenance in accordance with blueprints, manuals, building codes or other accepted quality work practices. • Develops and performs preventative maintenance of machines and equipment to prevent future and reoccurring issues. • Performs minor repair of all buildings and equipment. (Supervises major repairs by licensed contractors.). • Obtains estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed. • Completes projects assigned, such as equipment reworks, fabrication, repair, and design improvements. • Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures. • Mentors and trains other employees on intermediate preventative maintenance tasks. • Assures all departments comply w/ all written health and safety regulations and procedures. • Provides maintenance and safety records to supervisor when requested. • Perform job rotations during scheduled workday depending on production needs. Person Specification • Ability to climb ladders and work effectively at heights of ten (15) feet • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions • Ability to carry out duties with minimum daily supervision • Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend, evening and holiday work required • Tow Motor certification • Basic computer skills required
