We provide top-tier maintenance and facilities services across a growing portfolio of commercial properties, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field team and keep our properties running at their best. What You'll Do Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians across multiple commercial properties Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems Respond to and prioritize emergency maintenance requests, ensuring fast, high-quality resolution Quote and bill out jobs accurately and quickly, keeping pace with a fast-moving workload Conduct regular property inspections and identify repair or capital improvement needs Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is needed Track work orders, maintain accurate records, and report on team performance and property conditions Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Mentor and train technicians, setting the standard for quality and responsiveness
