We're excited to share that the Warehouse Maintenance Specialist II plays a vital role in our team by independently or with minimal guidance, conducting audits, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on our automated material handling system components within the Fulfillment Center. This position not only represents but also adheres to our company guidelines for general work practices, ensuring that all assigned duties are completed in line with safe work practices. The Maintenance Specialist II is a proactive team player who coordinates maintenance activities to guarantee the safe and successful completion of all tasks. As a lead troubleshooter, this role requires a strong understanding of product flow and operational goals to effectively support our Fulfillment Operations.   Responsibilities: Collaborates with other Technicians and/or Mechanics to repair and maintain equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using technical drawings and diagnostic tools. Independently performs audits, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on automated material handling system components within the Fulfillment Center. Brings experience with 3 phase systems up to 480VAC, including repair, installation, and maintenance. Conducts preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, following safety and quality procedures. Troubleshoots Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/output (I/O) devices. Provides solutions to mechanical and technical/controls issues. Troubleshoots and repairs key components for the Fulfillment Center. Participates in cleaning the conveyor systems and maintenance areas as appropriate. Completes work orders and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures. May require working at heights of 40ft or more. Assists in developing plans to achieve department goals. Willingness to become certified on powered industrial equipment is a must. Maintains an inventory of company-supplied tools. Handles general facility maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, office furniture relocation, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Other duties as assigned by supervision/management. Skilled at analyzing and resolving mechanical and technical issues. Possesses excellent hand and eye coordination skills. Ability to read, recognize, write, and follow applicable numbers and directives (verbal and written) in English. Basic math skills to ensure accurate inventory management. Flexibility to maintain a schedule that may include holidays and weekends as necessary. Knowledge of safety procedures (including lock-out/tag-out). Engages in frequent bending, lifting, walking, pushing, pulling of freight, and standing for extended periods. Occasionally works in extreme temperatures. Safely utilizes manual and electronically operated equipment to transport cartons or other items by means of pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying.   Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. AAS in an Engineering-related field is a plus, or we will consider relevant experience, including military service. 5-10 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or installation is required. A strong electrical background with knowledge of low voltage controls and PLC is essential. Required prior experience and/or wo
