Description and Requirements Description: Shift: Tuesday to Saturday preferred or Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with overtime when needed. We are willing to be flexible for a strong candidate who can work swing shift INTERVIEW PROCESS: initial Teams interview; based on that discussion, candidate will scheduled for a second interview onsite. This will be a group interview with team members from the current Engineering / Maintenance team. TE Medical’s heat shrink department is looking for an independent problem solver to join their maintenance team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently diagnose and correct a wide variety of machine problems that may be electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, thermal, or controls related. Responsibilities • Rigorously follow all safety policies and procedures, including LOTO, arc flash, and stop work authority • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation on production machinery and subsystems • Provide emergency repair response when equipment breaks down • Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks on time, including documentation • May assist in the control and maintenance of the spare parts inventory. Requires locating and ordering of parts and supplies for various production machines and maintaining the records for these parts. • Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives • Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods • Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE Medical manufactures Required Qualifications HS Diploma or GED required • 3-4 years of experience performing advanced level troubleshooting and repair on production equipment that runs 24/7 • Demonstrated problem solving skills and customer service to the production floor • Ability to sustain high performance standards and attention to detail in unsupervised situations • Experience using a PC based system in a network environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, and CMMS programs Preferred Qualifications • Experience doing PLC, computer, and software troubleshooting and corrections • Experience using CAD software to view and edit drawings/schematics • Experience with TPM • Medical device manufacturing experience
