Description
This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations (OOCO), Superintendent Capitol Building (SCB), Assistant Superintendent Tenant Services and Facility Operations Division. Serves as Principal Manager of the Carpentry Branch, Masonry Branch, Paint Branch, Electrical Branch, HVAC-R Branch, Plumbing Branch, Elevator Branch, Insulation Branch and the Sheet Metal Branch. In this capacity supervises the trades, crafts, and labor functions.
