Das Mögliche neu denken POSITION SUMMARY Purpose (106P~109P)This position performs and/or supervises the inspection, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and new project commissioning of mechanical equipments in GO operated facilities , joint ventures, subsidiaries, and SOE  facilities. Nature and Scope (106P~109P) The mechanical engineers/technicians are responsible for SAP PM tasks, troubleshooting, repair, new project commissioning, improving machinery equipment reliability and modification and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment ,   hands-on to deal reciprocating, centrifugal, diaphragm and rotary compressor, centrifugal pump, vacuum pump, blower, gear box, piping, vessel, clod box, maintenance and troubleshooting ..etc. The mechanical engineers/technicians are located strategically at large ASU/ESG or HyCO facilities and would be possible to be flexibly arranged to another work location on the basis of business need, report to the supervisor or manager of Plant Maintenance Organization. The mechanical engineers/technicians have a very demanding position, engineers/technicians are expected to respond to operations requirements on a 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week basic.  Generally, the engineers/technicians responsibilities are varied, depending on situation. The mechanical engineers/technicians are responsible for all the maintenance activities and coordinate the maintenance activities as required to meet the production demand and to commensurate with meeting all safety, environmental and health regulations and APCI requirements, while maintaining a safe, healthy and participative work place are required to meet this objective. Assist the planning job with the planner/supervisor in developing material requirements, methods, and manpower requirements for daily preventive maintenance work,  corrective repairs and major maintenance work etc. Responsibilities include: The mechanical engineers/technicians must be familiar with all mechanical equipment in facilities served.  For example：centrifugal, diaphragm, rotary and reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, pipelines, centrifugal expanders, all involving a variety of fluids and specific requirements. DIMENSIONS GO Facilities: SOE Customer: Joint Ventures: Maintenance Budget: Capital Budget: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc) and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. Responsible for all rotation and static mechanical equipment inclusive of compressor, pumps, valve and other mechanical equipments, such as: centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, heater exchangers, pipelines, centrifugal expanders, varying from facilities. Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations. To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all mechanical equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement  MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, repair for all responsibly equipment. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability. Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist in the system (ERP,SAP) or other model required. Implement CI (continuous improvement) saving activity, idea tracker provision. Follow to improve equipment’s reliability and focus on CoNC. Reporting-Time entry weekly, and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the plants, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively. Business travel within region is required based on the actual need. Support CoNC root cause investigation and action plan. POSITION  REQUIREMENTS • Educational: Technician College or university graduated and holder in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering. • Working Experience: • (106P) Prefer the relative working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical industry manufacturing environment and minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are 1 year. • (107P) Prefer the relative working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical industry manufacturing environment and minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are 3 years in rotating machinery maintenance. • (108P) The minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are   5 years experience hands-on in reciprocati ng , rotating , centrifugal machinery ,pipe and welding techniques. The technician should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, materials of machinery. • (109P) The minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are   8 years experience hands-on in reciprocati ng , rotating , centrifugal machinery ,pipe and welding techniques. The technician should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, material of machinery, rigging, layout drawings and oxygen cleaning. • Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language. • Able to work independently as well as in a team player. • Basic office software operation.
