Position: Full-Time Maintenance Attendant Location: Merrick Park (358 San Lorenzo Ave Coral Gables, FL 33146) Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Shifts will vary and may include weekends At Reimagined Parking, we believe great people drive great results. That’s why we prioritize our teams, champion a positive culture, and relentlessly pursue excellence.  The Maintenance staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Maintenance staff is responsible for general maintenance and repair of facility and parking equipment. This role involves daily custodial tasks, basic maintenance, routine inspections of parking equipment, and provides courteous assistance to guests. The position plays a key role in ensuring the facility meets company standards and delivers a positive customer experience.   The Maintenance staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.
