We also now offer a vision insurance plan • End of Season Bonus • Heating savings program: In partnership with Irving and Dead River—save on heating oil and propane • Core Values Program: Earn points for branded swag • Referral Bonus: Up to $1,000 per new full-time employee you refer • Discounts: Hotel stays, dining, and spa services at our properties and selected New England Inns & Resorts collection hotels • Employee Recognition Programs • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Free and anonymous counseling services • Employee Relief Fund: Financial support for unexpected situations, mostly funded by our awesome teammates • Annual Flu Shot Clinic • Witham Family Hotels Gala: An annual event that recognizes YOU • Community Giving: The Witham Family Hotels Charitable Fund has donated over a million dollars to local organizations Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property • Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner • Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks • Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs • Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns • Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Skills & Requirements: • Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Performance Measurement: Success in this role will be measured by responsiveness, quality of repairs, attention to detail, teamwork, and contribution to a safe and well-maintained property.
