Property Name: Moonridge Maintenance Groundskeeper   Under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property.   Responsibilities   Assists with move-ins, move-outs, annual inspections, and preparing vacant units for re-occupancy   Performs light maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs (e.g., glass, tile, locks)   Maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies   Cleans common areas including laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways   Maintains outdoor areas: picks up ground debris daily, sweeps sidewalks and parking lots, trims shrubs, and removes weeds   Monitors and reports grounds conditions, completes routine groundskeeping logs, and ensures exterior areas are safe and presentable   Participates in emergency standby schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)   Complies with safety policies and performs other duties as assigned   Qualifications   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
