Role: Maintenance Contracts Manager Location: Dublin Company Type: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Contractor Salary: Excellent salary/package DOE Job Type: Permanent An established M&E maintenance contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager for their Dublin team. The company works across Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare and Commercial sectors and has been operating for over 25 years. Responsibilities • Manage client accounts and act as main point of contact • Oversee contracts from quotation through to delivery and completion • Organise preplanned and reactive maintenance across building services systems • Coordinate procurement of materials, plant and equipment • Ensure SLAs are met; attend client and monthly review meetings • Ensure documentation complies with ISO9001:2015 Requirements • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in construction or maintenance • Fully qualified Electrician with experience in commercial buildings • Experience managing key client accounts, including KPI and compliance reviews • Experience with Permit to Work systems • Good working knowledge of Mechanical and HVAC systems • Strong IT skills, including CMMS • Full, clean driving licence For further information on this role, please contact Colm Fitzpatrick, [email protected] , 0833730244 BSS will process the data you have provided to help us find you suitable employment and offer you opportunities to progress your career.
