Machine Repair & Maintenance Technician (Industrial) Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on experience) Shift: B Shift Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Machine Repair & Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance background, solid mechanical skills, and the ability to perform basic facility maintenance as needed. Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime • Assist production teams with machine-related issues • Maintain and organize maintenance parts inventory • Complete routine inspections to identify potential equipment problems • Perform light facility maintenance as needed • Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance schedules Qualifications • Previous industrial machine repair or maintenance experience required • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues • Experience performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment • Basic building maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.) • High school diploma or GED preferred • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience • Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing facility • Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair • Preventive maintenance programs • Basic electrical and mechanical repair • Facility maintenance experience Why Apply? • Competitive pay based on experience • Stable full-time opportunity • Temp-to-hire position with long-term potential • Opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing team • Hands-on role with a variety of maintenance responsibilities IND2
