Responsibilities include: • Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment • Meet high demand production targets • Identify quality concerns quickly and effectively • Troubleshooting machinery and making adjustments as needed • Completing production reports and equipment inspections • Assisting with preventative maintenance activities • Operating forklifts and staging materials • Following quality and safety procedures • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Supporting production goals as part of a team • Preform other work-related duties as assigned What We’re Looking For We’re seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications: ✔ Manufacturing or machine operating experience ✔ Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills ✔ Forklift experience (an asset) ✔ Strong attendance and reliability ✔ Ability to work rotating day and night shifts ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods ✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why North West Rubber?
