Your Tasks • Independently set up and operate the adhesive binding machine and its connected peripheral devices in accordance with the order specifications • Production and quality control during ongoing production • Resolving quality defects and malfunctions • Maintaining and servicing the machines in use • Packaging, setting aside, and labeling finished goods according to specifications • Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area • Assisting colleagues from other departments during peak periods What makes you stand out • Several years of relevant professional experience in (print) production. • Professional experience in industrial bookbinding is desirable. • Ideally, you have already worked on a Kolbus perfect binder (KM200 or KM600). • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary • Independent and quality-conscious work ethic • Ability to work in a team, motivation, reliability, flexibility • Good written and spoken German language skills • Basic computer skills
