We’re looking for a Machine Operator / Machine Setter to join our friendly, fast‑paced production team on a Monday–Friday dayshift . What You’ll Be Doing Machine Setup & Calibration Set up and calibrate production machinery in line with product specifications Complete safe and efficient machine changeovers Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting Carry out regular machine checks to maintain performance Respond quickly to minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime Quality Monitoring Monitor production output to ensure all products meet quality standards Make real‑time adjustments to maintain consistency Accurate Record‑Keeping Record machine settings, changes and production data clearly Support quality assurance through accurate documentation Team Collaboration Work closely with fellow operators, setters and team leaders Support a positive, smooth‑running production environment Training & Safety Assist with training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures Follow all company health, safety and hygiene standards What We’re Looking For You’ll excel in this role if you have: Experience as a Machine Setter , Machine Operator , Production Operative , or similar manufacturing role Strong mechanical awareness and a hands‑on approach Good attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Ability to work effectively within a team Reliability and a positive attitude Experience in food production is helpful but full training will be provided . Requirements Previous experience in machine setting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong understanding of machinery operation, particularly in food production.
