The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor production machinery. • Set up machines for production runs. • Perform routine quality checks on finished products. • Identify and report any machine faults or maintenance requirements. • Maintain a clean and organised work area. • Follow health and safety procedures at all times. • Assist with achieving daily production targets. Requirements: • Previous experience operating industrial machinery is preferred. • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. • Physically fit and able to work in a production environment. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
