Belgium At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join an ambitious AI-driven project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and IT Production teams to transform Machine Learning models into robust, scalable, and production-ready services. Your Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain production-ready Machine Learning pipelines. • Collaborate with Data Scientists to build AI solutions with production constraints in mind. • Define the appropriate infrastructure, deployment architecture, and serving strategies according to business needs. • Automate the deployment of ML models through modern CI/CD practices. • Build and maintain Docker containers and virtualized environments. • Implement unit, integration, and regression testing for ML applications. • Manage code, model, and data versioning to ensure reproducibility. • Support AI teams in adopting industrial Machine Learning platforms and best practices. • Work closely with IT Production teams to configure and optimize deployment environments. • Monitor AI services in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and automated retraining when required. • Contribute to data quality, data pipeline design, and continuous improvement of AI services. • Promote engineering best practices across the Machine Learning community. What We're Looking For • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role. • Strong experience developing and deploying production-grade Machine Learning solutions. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. • Advanced Python development • Containerization and virtualization (Docker or similar) • CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) • AI development platforms and IDEs • Code, model, and data versioning • Package and dependency management • PostgreSQL Nice to Have • Apache Spark and Big Data technologies • ELT / ETL tools • Data flow processing • Model compression techniques • Experience integrating distributed systems or mainframe environments • Data visualization tools Why Join ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS?
