SMT Production Line Maintenance and Management: • Maintain SMT equipment to ensure its proper operation. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, and troubleshoot malfunctions. 1. Production Process Optimization: • Analyze production data and propose improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency. • Adjust process flows according to production requirements to ensure product quality. 2. Technical Support and Problem Solving: • Provide technical support and assist the production team in resolving technical issues during the production process. • Conduct problem analysis and propose effective solutions. 3. Training and Guidance: • Conduct on-site training to improve the skills and knowledge of operators. • Guide new employees to ensure they can proficiently operate SMT equipment. 4. Quality Control: • Conduct quality inspections according to company standards to ensure products meet specification requirements. • Participate in the analysis and improvement of quality issues to increase product pass rates. 5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: • Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans. • Participate in technical discussions and provide professional advice to improve production processes.
