M&E Manager / M&E Supervisor – £100m Super Prime Residential ProjectSurreySalary: c. £65,000 plus benefits Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated M&E Manager or M&E Supervisor to join a prestigious £100m super prime residential refurbishment project located in Surrey. This is a unique opportunity to work on a long term, high profile project, incorporating structural enhancements and ultra high spec interior finishes. Responsibilities As the M&E Manager, you will: Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of the project. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure all M&E works are delivered to the highest standards, adhering to project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and resolve any M&E related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: Extensive experience delivering prime residential projects, either with a main contractor or a specialist M&E subcontractor. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
