About the Role: We are seeking organized, motivated, and community-oriented  Regional Organizers to support the success of our Loudoun Youth Volleyball program. This is a seasonal position ideal for someone with leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for youth sports. As a Regional Organizer, you will recruit volunteer coaches, assist them with the onboarding process, and provide ongoing administrative oversight throughout the season. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between the program leadership and coaches in your designated region, helping ensure teams are fully supported and operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Coach Recruitment & Support: • Proactively recruit volunteer coaches for teams in your assigned region • Assist coaches through onboarding and provide orientation materials • Ensure coaches are well-informed of program expectations, rules, and timelines • Administrative Oversight: • Track team rosters and coach assignments • Serve as a point of contact for coaches during both pre-season and in-season phases • Provide updates and feedback to program leadership • Team Growth & Engagement: • Promote program awareness locally to increase participation • Assist in ensuring a positive, community-focused experience for all families and coaches in your region Compensation Details: • Hourly pay of $15/hour for administrative tasks, coach recruitment, and team setup with a Commission-based earnings tied to the number of successfully registered teams in your region.  The expected weekly level of effort is between 5 and 7 hours.. Ideal Candidate: • Excellent communicator and team builder • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized • Able to work independently while collaborating with a broader leadership team • Passion for youth sports and community engagement • Prior experience in youth sports (as a coach, parent, or administrator) a plus, but not required To Apply: Please submit a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the role and any relevant experience.
