• Luxury Skincare Consultant - Mandarin Speaker - Artisan People Group Luxury Skincare Consultant – Mandarin Speaker +0 A growing luxury skincare brand is seeking an experienced and highly motivated, Mandarin speaking, Skincare Consultant to support its launch within a prestigious department store environment in the heart of Knightsbridge. This position will initially be offered on a temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate based on performance and business requirements. The role The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting the successful establishment of the brand within a premium retail setting. This role requires proven experience as a skincare consultant, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Represent the brand to the highest professional standard • Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised skincare consultations • Drive retail sales and consistently meet and exceed performance targets • Actively promote products and convert consultations into sales • Build strong relationships with clients and retail partners • Support brand awareness and customer loyalty initiatives • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and participate in training activities • Ensure compliance with all retailer policies and brand guidelines How you’ll dazzle us • Proven experience working as a skincare consultant in a luxury retail environment • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and consistently achieve targets • Availability to work three days per week in a premium department store setting • Preferred working days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (subject to change in line with brand and retailer activity) • Must be approved by the retailer and/or successfully complete the approval process • Minimum of three years’ experience in luxury skincare within a department store setting • Strong track record of delivering retail success • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills • Professional presentation and strong brand representation • Mandarin language skills Desirable Criteria • Experience supporting a developing or emerging luxury brand • Proven ability to drive retail sales growth • NVQ Level 3 Aesthetician qualification What’s next Apply now via the form below!
