A Chisholm Hunter Sales Professional is someone who has a passion for luxury, jewellery and watches. They will have a thirst for sales, which will includes a desire to understand our customers and will seek every opportunity to help them purchase the luxury items to help them celebrate the key events in their lives. Above all, being a Sales Professional at Chisholm Hunter means you will be able to confidently approach our customers by observing and listening, you will then respond in a way that will exceed their expectations. Our colleagues must have a passion for exceptional customer service skills, be attentive to detail and strive for absolute perfection to consistently achieve sales targets set. Duties include: • Consistently meeting and exceeding your personal sales targets using proactive techniques, following our Chisholm Hunter processes. • Opens each interaction with a natural approach and shows genuine interest in customer. Puts the customer at ease and builds a relationship. • Expert in questioning skills, effectively establishes the customer needs, creating the desire to buy, responding emotively, enabling memorable customer service. • Seizes all available window selling opportunities, ensures ‘working the windows’ through high maintenance of the displays and takes ownership of the area assigned, with pride. • Upselling in line with the targets set by management, following the company guidelines. Identifies opportunities, and can sell the features and benefits of each item. • Ensuring all customers are offered the Chisholm Hunter Insurance (Care) package explaining all the features and benefits with every customer. • Closing the sale professionally and cements relationship with an effective ‘farewell’ enabling repeat business. • Maintaining and utilising VIP lists, holding customer data in line with GDPR legislation. Maintain strong relationships and maximises each opportunity. Can explain the history and background of each VIP guest, Maximising all available stock and using special orders effectively • Completing all administration and due diligence, daily logs (hit and miss) and ensures all ‘office tasks’ are complete. Handles and cares for stock in line with best practice. • Works on self-improvement, always trying to better their skillset. Particularly ‘knowing your product’ with stocked brands and changes in styles/trends. Completes all available supplier e-learning and jewellery training available. (JET etc)
