Position Title: Lube Technician
Position Summary
Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking a career-driven oil change technician to join our customer-focused team. As an automotive technician, you will provide reliable and high-quality preventative maintenance services while delivering exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for automotive service, and are eager to learn and grow within the company.
Primary Responsibilities
• Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services to help keep vehicles safe and properly maintained.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while acting as a trusted advisor to guests.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace.
