[What the role is] [LTA-TRO] SENIOR/ ASSISTANT/ ENGINEER (CERTIFICATE OF STATUTORY COMPLETION TEAM), ROAD & TRAFFIC ASSET RENEWAL [What you will be working on] You will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for administering regulatory regime governing the formal handover and taking-over of completed road infrastructure and commuter-related facilities from private developers and developing agencies to the Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for • Technical Evaluation & Regulatory Clearance – Administer the regulatory regime on completed street works to be handed over to the Authority. Your core responsibilities include technical review of as-built plans, processing land subdivision and statutory state vesting, administering defrayment costs, and issuing Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) clearance letters. • Industry Engagement  – Partner with developers, consultants, and contractors to align prevailing regulatory procedures and compliance requirements. Document non-compliance issues, recommend actionable corrective steps, and track resolution progress. • Stakeholder Engagement  – Manage public feedback and enquiries related to completed street works within maintenance period. • Technology Adoption & Process Optimization – Collaborate with internal divisions on adopting technologies to streamline workflows and drive continuous process improvements. • Process and Policy Review – Contribute to refining processes and policies to remain practical and forward-looking. [What we are looking for] • Knowledge in Civil Engineering or other related fields • Understanding of road design standards, construction methodologies, and quality control processes • Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills • Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to details • Able to work independently and in teams • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently • Self-motivated, adaptable and possesses growth mindset • Regulatory experience will be advantageous • Candidates without working experience are also welcome to apply As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
