Description
[What the role is] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE ARCHITECT [What you will be working on] You will be required to carry out schematic designs proposals and  coordination management of enhancement works for existing MRT station buildings and related infrastructure, from conceptualization to construction. You will be involved in projects to promote quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment. Specifically you will be involved in preparation of tender specifications / execute feasibility studies/documentation / liaises and coordinate with consultants and contractor/ design and site management of the architectural aspect of the projects. You will also be required to write proposal funding papers, prepare and make presentations. You will also be responsible to review developer’s building plan submissions and contractor’s shop drawings. [What we are looking for] •    Knowledge in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore •    At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and practice •    Good knowledge of BIM, CAD software (incl. AutoCAD, Sketchup, micro station and Revit) and functional drafting capability •     Proficient in relevant visualisation tools such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva •    Able to communicate ideas and concepts well via writing and speaking •    Able to work in multi-disciplinary team •    Interest in design and problem solving •    Experience in rail projects will be an advantage •    Able to multi task and with good time management skill As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
