Description
A welcoming family in McLean is seeking a professional, reliable nanny to care for their newborn son, starting in September, when he will be at least 5-weeks-old. The family has a 3-year-old daughter, but she will be in preschool during the nanny’s work hours and the nanny is not expected to care for her. The family is looking for someone who is organized and confident with newborn and infant care, knowledgeable about infant sleep, and comfortable with handling breastmilk and combination feeding. The role will start while Mom is still on maternity leave. Dad works remotely from home. Once Mom is back at work, she will work from home 2-3 days a week, so comfort with remote-work parents is important.
