The Logistics Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods between manufacturing and warehouse facilities to support production and distribution operations. This role ensures inventory integrity through precise product handling, transportation, ERP system transactions, and adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies. The Logistics Operator prioritizes work to meet operational demands, operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, prepares shipments for distribution, and maintains detailed documentation. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, reliability, teamwork, and the flexibility to cross-train and support multiple operational areas while upholding the company's mission, values, and customer-focused culture.  Operating Schedules: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm  2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm
