Logistics Manager – Beer & Packaging Warehouse
Location: Tychy
We are looking for a leader who not only excels at managing warehouse operations but also drives organizational growth through change management and continuous process improvement.
If you have experience managing complex logistics operations, leading large teams, and thrive in a Lean environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As the Logistics Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the Beer & Packaging Warehouse, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering transformation and optimization initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Lead a complex organizational structure while developing teams of several dozen employees and frontline leaders.
Manage beer and packaging warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and the timely execution of logistics processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on Lean Manufacturing principles and drive the development of operational standards.
Lead warehouse improvement projects and initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and optimizing costs.
Take responsibility for warehouse management, including inventory control and the efficient utilization of warehouse space and infrastructure.
Plan and manage the departmental budget while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies—safety is our top priority.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business partners to ensure the smooth flow of our products.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Several years of experience managing logistics or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading large, multi-level operational teams of several dozen employees.
Hands-on experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
A strong track record of successfully implementing organizational changes, improving processes, and delivering projects that enhance operational performance.
Ability to navigate a complex operational environment while effectively setting priorities and working independently.
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Fluency in Polish & communicative level of English.
