Description
Introduction As a key member of our Operations Team, you will ensure seamless logistics coordination and transport management across the EMEA region, driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. We're seeking an individual with a passion for logistics, problem-solving, strong ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment, and cross-functional collaboration. What will you do? • Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth shipments flow from warehouses to retail platforms. • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics partners (3PLs and carriers) and internal stakeholders, resolving delivery incidents and ensuring customer-first solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Carriers, Customers, Finance, Sales) to align priorities and guarantee service excellence. • Coordinate transport activities, including deliveries, appointments, returns, and special requirements while supervising 3PL and carriers’ performance. • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. • Prepare operational, financial, and compliance reports (including invoicing, SOX, PODs, and cost analysis) to support decision-making and audits. Manage all the chargebacks related to non-operational compliance (shortages claims, non-OTD and non-shows). To be Successful, You Will have: • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within FMCG in EMEA. • Team player mindset, collaborative and adaptable in cross-functional environments. • Proactive and self-driven, with a problem-solving attitude and strong organisational skills. • Fluency in Spanish and Business English is required. • Logistics studies • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experienced in ERP systems and TMS knowledge Location: Madrid, Spain
