Description
Help Eastland Food Shape the Future of Asian Cuisine in the US About the Opportunity  2026 marks a landmark year for Eastland Food Corporation: our 45th anniversary. For over four decades, we have been the bridge between the best flavors of Asia and the American table. Today, Asian cuisine is the fastest-growing food segment in the United States, and we are right at the center of that growth. We are looking for a seasoned, food-passionate Sales Director to join our leadership team. This is a role for someone who loves the strategy of big-box retail as much as the relationships of the independent grocery world. If you want to lead a dedicated sales force and represent brands that people truly love, we want to hear from you. Brands You Know and Trust  You won't just be selling "products": you will be representing the gold standard of Asian food and kitchenware. Our portfolio includes iconic names found in kitchens and restaurants across the country: • The Essentials:  Asian Best rice, Maesri curry, and LKK sauces. • The Fan Favorites:  Indomie noodles, Kopiko coffee candy, and BoBo fish balls. • The Quality Standards:  Tiger rice cookers and TableMark takoyaki. Where We Move Product,  Our reach is vast and growing. While we remain the primary partner for independent Asian supermarkets, our products have successfully transitioned into the mainstream. You will see Eastland brands on the shelves of  Costco, Walmart, and Whole Foods , as well as in the professional kitchens of top restaurants nationwide. Your Role and Impact • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively. • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures. • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements. • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs. • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. • Prepare accurate reports for upper management. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Your Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field. • Proven experience as logistics coordinator. • Experience in customer service will be appreciated. • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP). • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese; Thai is preferred Why Join Us?  At Eastland, you get the best of both worlds: the security of a 45-year legacy and the excitement of a growing, modernizing organization. We are a family-founded company that values direct communication, hard work, and a shared love for great food. Benefits: • Health Insurance  (medical, dental, and vision) • 401(k) plan  with company matching • Paid Time Off (PTO)  – 15 days per year, plus holidays • Flexible Working Hours  and the option to work remotely • Professional Development  opportunities (training, certifications, etc.) • Employee Wellness Programs
