Job Description
We are looking for a logistics associate (m/f/d) to handle the transshipment, assembly, and packaging of heavy and oversized goods. Your responsibilities will include transshipment in heavy-goods warehouses and ports, the rough assembly of container systems, the packaging of goods for transport, as well as the preparation of transport aids and assistance with heavy-haul transport. Main Tasks
• Handling of heavy and oversized cargo in one of our heavy-lift warehouses, at the port, and at other locations
• Preliminary assembly of container systems and other custom-built systems
• Packaging of various heavy and oversized cargo for transport
• Preparation of transport aids
• Assistance with the execution of oversized and heavy-lift transport operations
Requirements
• Manual dexterity and strong spatial awareness
• Class B driver’s license, forklift certification, and, if possible, a crane operator’s license (indoor crane)
• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, other manual trades, or professional experience in
logistics
• Reliability, self-motivation, flexibility, ability to work in a team, and good interpersonal skills
