Clearance Level: Secret US Citizenship: Required Job Classification: Regular Full-time Location: Butlerville, IN (Muscatatuck Training Center) Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years with Army Supply and Services CMF Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Brief Description of the Work The Logistician II manages cyclic inventory, strict accountability, property book records, and dispersion of all property associated with the MACC-TTE. This position manages the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services required by the government, ensuring complete compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience with Army Supply and Services Career Management Field. • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a government or military environment. • Proven experience performing property accountability functions to include hand receipt procedures and detailed inventories of all types of Army property. • Experience performing all core functions of a supply operation to include ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, taking rapid actions to expedite parts, and researching alternative items. • Strong operational understanding of FAR, DFARS, and Army procurement policies and procedures. Desired Skills & Preferences • Direct experience leveraging military procurement systems such as Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software Solutions (CHESS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). • Excellent capability in conducting market research, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and executing contracts to support government missions.
