Riverside Golf Club is looking for dedicated Locker Room Staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. The Locker Room Staff will manage guest transitions between the golf course and locker room facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all members and visitors. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room facilities, including showers, saunas, and changing areas. Assist guests with their needs, including the handling of golf bags and personal items. Ensure the proper functioning of all locker room amenities, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Provide towels, toiletries, and beverages to guests as needed, promoting a hospitable atmosphere. Monitor the locker area, ensuring guest security and privacy is maintained at all times. Engage with guests to provide information about facilities, services, and the club's offerings. Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or busy periods, ensuring all areas are guest-ready. Requirements High School or Diploma in Hospitality background. Minimum 1 year experience. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreational industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment. Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to guest service. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
