Serves under the leadership of Expansion Team’s National Field Directors and works with the field staff in a supervisory role. Provides leadership and support to assigned FamilyLife Local Expansion staff in launching win-build-send movements in the context of marriage and family. This person will form relationships quickly with the field staff for the purposes of training and coaching. • Proactively align field staff to FamilyLife DNA of win-build-send in the context of marriage and family • Lead and shepherd Local Field Directors, Field Leaders, Field Advisors, Affiliates, Guides, etc., to determine best practices for supporting the field ministry • Identify and engage with the needs and opportunities of the assigned field staff to help them effectively reach their goals • Speak into national strategies, priorities, and partnerships on an as-needed basis. • Learn basic principles, practices, and cultural competencies in order to effectively bring the gospel to every home. • Engage with a personal local ministry. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as supervisor and coach for assigned staff. • Support the growth and development of each assigned staff through the annual position focus process & supporting tools. • Lead assigned staff to embrace the FamilyLife mission and launch ministry to advance the gospel in their community. • Collaborate with supervisees in designing solutions that will help serve the field. • Evaluate new personnel for potential allocation within Expansion.
