Serves on the FamilyLife Local Expansion Lead Team and works with various FamilyLife and Cru departments. Provides strategic leadership and direction to the field as a whole, in collaboration with the Lead Team, to equip staff and guides to launch win-build-send movements in the context of marriage and family. FOR THIS POSITION: • Serve on the National FamilyLife Local Expansion Lead team helping to give direction to the overall strategies and tactics of FamilyLife Expansion. • Coordinate across other FamilyLife departments to provide language, clarity, and direction ministry-wide. • Lead with information (financial, ministry activities & measurements, personnel, etc…) and share as appropriate with leadership, donors, field, etc… • Designs processes and systems to identify, train, connect, resource, and mobilize staff, affiliates, and volunteers to meet FamilyLife’s mission. • Explore partnership opportunities within Cru divisions and other ministries. • Lead and shepherd Field Directors, Field Leaders, Coaches, Guides, etc. to determine best practices for supporting the field ministry. • Identify and ensure that assigned staff members have the resources required to effectively reach their critical ministry objectives (Staff Development). SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as supervisor and coach for assigned staff. • Support the growth and development of each assigned staff through the annual personal development process. • Lead assigned staff to embrace the FamilyLife mission and launch ministry to advance the gospel in their community.
