Serves on the local team of FamilyLife Local Expansion and works with a team of staff and or affiliates in a specific location. Provides leadership and coaching to launch win-build-send movements in the context of marriage and family. He/She is responsible for directing and launching multiple pathways to be expanded in a given area. • Leads out of FL DNA of win-build-send in the context of marriage and family • Develop financial resources to support the ministry • Shepherds and leads team of staff, affiliates, and volunteers towards ministry effectiveness • Learn with your team basic principles, practices, and cultural competency in order to effectively bring the gospel to every home. • Mobilize and encourage an environment that proactively builds relationships, trust, and partnership across culture • Develop and implement strategic partnership opportunities with a diverse variety of churches and organizations. • Seeks to grow footprint in defined area as set by leadership team • Explore sustainable ways to connect with non-Christian families far from God SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as coach and mentor for assigned staff. • Support the growth and development of each assigned staff through the annual position focus process & supporting tools. • Lead assigned staff to embrace the FamilyLife mission and launch ministry to advance the gospel in their community.
