Field Advisors engage with FamilyLife’s guides and potential guides in order to listen, equip them for their ministry, and build a relationship with FamilyLife on an ongoing basis. We equip and coach them to pursue evangelism and discipleship in the context of family. • Connect with potential guides to hear their vision for helping others and assist them through training, equipping, serving and supporting them in their ministry. • Train and coach guides on using family small group and event resources to help them build family movements in their communities. • Be a bridge between FamilyLife core and expansion lanes • Working with the team leader and national director to ensure goals are met and making adjustments to meet those goals. • Attend team meetings to connect with co-workers and remain well informed about FL activities as well as training to develop skills.
