We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local account based out of the Roanoke, VA distribution center. This is a home daily position running store deliveries throughout Virginia and West Virginia with consistent freight and reliable pay. Requirements • Valid Class A CDL • Minimum 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years • Must live within commuting distance of Roanoke, VA • Must meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements • Accidents and violations reviewed on a case-by-case basis Pay & Compensation • Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500 • $2,500 sign-on bonus! • Mileage pay based on verified experience: .53cpm-.58cpm • $55 per full unload • $20 per stop (including first stop) • W2 position • Full benefits package available (health, dental, vision, etc.) Home Time & Schedule • Home daily • Primarily overnight driving • Slip-seat operation Route Details • Dedicated store delivery account • Average 3 loads per week • Approximately 1,500–1,800 miles per week • Mix of dry van and refrigerated freight • Drivers unload freight at stores using electric pallet jacks (after training) • Routes throughout Virginia and West Virginia
