Jet Direct Mortgage is looking for experienced and ambitious Loan Officer Assistant’s to join our fast paced, goal oriented and supportive environment. Here is what we are looking for: ·         Honest, ethical, and hardworking ·         Primary contact between clients and Loan Originators. ·         Ability to manage a pipeline and collect documents pertinent to mortgage loan origination. ·         Gather files for a weekly pipeline review with mortgage processor and provide status on each file. ·         Contact customers regarding required loan documentation and prepare for loan officer's review. ·         Track all requested documents in Encompass. ·         Comply with applicable state and federal compliance guidelines as well as company policy and procedures. Qualifications: ·         Minimum 1 year of mortgage or banking industry experience supporting a branch or loan officer. ·         Detail-oriented with demonstrated, careful decision-making skills ·         Utilize in-house technical systems and programs such as Encompass ·         Knowledgeable in regulatory, policy and compliance issues pertaining to the mortgage industry ·         Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing a changing workload. ·         Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ·         The position requires compliance with the SAFE Act and state licensing requirements. Licensing requirements can include, but are not limited to, satisfactory completion of background checks, fingerprinting, credit reports, testing, and continuing education.
