Company Overview My client are a leading global energy organization specializing in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) trading, logistics, and supply chain management. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Management Professional to join their dynamic team. Job Description: The LNG Contract Management Specialist will play a critical role in managing complex contractual relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance across our LNG trading and supply operations. Key Responsibilities: – Develop, review, and negotiate LNG sales, purchase, and transportation contracts – Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final execution and performance monitoring – Analyze and interpret complex contractual terms, pricing mechanisms, and risk allocation clauses – Coordinate with internal stakeholders including legal, commercial, and operations teams – Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract databases – Perform detailed contract performance tracking and compliance monitoring – Prepare comprehensive contract reports and summaries for senior management – Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and disputes – Support pricing negotiations and commercial strategy development – Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies Required Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field – Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in LNG contract management or similar energy sector roles – Proven expertise in contract negotiation and drafting – Strong understanding of LNG market dynamics and international trading practices – Advanced knowledge of standard LNG contract structures (e.g., SPA, GSA, LNG Master Agreement) – Proficiency in contract management software and tools – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Technical Skills:
