Job Description A young family residing in Paphos, Cyprus is seeking a qualified and experienced nanny to work within a team of nannies for their twin boys aged 1 year and 9 months. The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term role within a kind and welcoming family who would like a very caring, nurturing, warm and patient candidate to work with them for many years. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working with toddlers and upwards and be comfortable with caring for and educating the children through the different ages and stages, providing a fun and engaging age-appropriate environment for the children to thrive in. This role will initially be a working schedule of 4 days on / 2 days off and move to 4 days on / 4 days off after a couple of months. During the workdays you will be on 24/7 and sleep in the same room as the child (the children have separate rooms). The family would like for the children to sleep alone in time. However, they are not at that point yet. As the nanny you will be required to assist with maintaining the children’s daily routine, including hygiene, feeding, indoor and outdoor activities with educational games with a focus on building their English language skills and fluency. A confident driver with a clean driving license is required. For the family, it is extremely important that the nanny becomes not just an employee, but a part of the family, who can surround the children with warmth, care, and attention. The salary on offer is from 6000 Euros net per month. The employer takes care of all tax and national insurance contributions within Cyprus.
