This is a fabulous job based in Surrey, Near Woking.  You would be working for a European family, who have two children - one a boarding school and the other at university, and their parents both travel on a regular basis. You would be working with another housekeeper (who is European) to look after a large property - the family have a chef and a chauffeur.  Your work would include cleaning and making sure the house is well presented at all times, laundry and wardrobe management - including packing and unpacking suitcases and looking after the finest designer clothing and fabrics, setting the table and serving meals, meeting and greeting guests etc.  There is no cooking with this job but you do have to be able to prepare breakfast ie toast, fresh fruit and occasionally a boiled egg. You do not have to be a driver for this job although it would be helpful, it is not essential.  If you do not drive then Woking Station is not far away and the family have a local taxi account which you would be welcome to use at no cost to yourself. It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in a high end home for at least 3 years with suitable references.  You must speak good English, and know how to present a home to a high standard and know how to look after a designer wardrobe. Your working days/hours will depend upon whether the family are at this home or away.  When they are here you should be prepared to work 6 days a week if needed - when they are not here you will only work for one or two hours a day - they are away for approximately 4 months of the year.  You must have a flexible attitude but there is another housekeeper so you are not expected to do everything on your own. Your accommodation is fantastic!  The family have a separate large house approximately five minutes walk away from their own.  You would be sharing with the other housekeeper but the house is large enough for you both to have your own separate bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. They are looking for someone with a great attitude to their work and so are looking to pay a top salary of £500 net pw + a food allowance + all bill paid for your accommodation + use of their taxi account if you want to go out.
